#bbloggersWLW

Hi ladies,
Back again with another WLW post, how are you all doing this week?

I know I said last week that I would be doing a food diary but to be honest, I just didn't have time this week but I do have a recipe for you to try out (see below)

This week was great, I started running with my sister, walked our puppy Ecko a lot, and even went to my first zumba class with my best friend. Zumba was my favourite, it was so funny, and we worked up a proper sweat! We loved it so much we're going back this week, and I'm taking my first boxcercise class tonight! Excercise overload much?

This week I have been taken inspiration from you guys, you're posts helped a lot this week. As did ideas of other bloggers, Louise from Sprinkle of Glitter been one with her ongoing hashtag #glittergetsfitter on Twitter and Instagram - are any of you on instagram? I'm at natashaswonderland - follow me :)

Another blogger that's been doing great stuff this week is Gemma of gemsmaquillage, with her insta updates on healthyhappygemma and her food diaries there has been a lot of healthy inspiration going on this week!

I also haven't had a fizzy drink in 6 days and counting, coming from a self confessed diet coke addict this is a big deal! Can't wait to read all your posts :)

Honey Chicken

I love honey chicken but wanted to make a healthier option as apposed to what I normally get from a Chinese place so here we go!

You will need:
Plain chicken fillets
Honey
Light soy sauce
Chili
Salt & Pepper

Step 1: Chop up your chicken fillets into strips and marinate with 2 teaspoons of honey, and 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and some salt & pepper to season.

Step 2: Pick some veggies, whichever you personally prefer - I like sweet peppers, mushrooms, chickpeas and red onion. Chop finely and fry them on the pan with a little water (instead of oil) to soften to your liking.

Step 3: Put marinated chicken onto another pan and cook until done (obviously....) add water to the pan if you feel its getting to sticky for it, works a wonder over oil.

Step 4: Decide if you want rice, pasta or sweet potatoe to go with it, and prepare accordingly. I like rice the best, I usually just stick to boil in the bag because honestly, I can't cook it otherwise.

Serve up and enjoy!
I love this dish, it's quick and easy and SO tasty!
Bare in mind, I am not a chef and this is just an experiment that happened to work out so feel free to tweek and change it to your own liking. If  you do, let me know :)
